Amanda Morris, PA-C

Amanda was born and raised at the Jersey Shore. After graduating from Manasquan High School, Amanda received a scholarship to Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences where she was accepted as one of twenty students into the Dual Degree Physician Assistant Program. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in a total of six years.

 

Amanda is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and New Jersey State Society of Physician Assistants. As a graduate student, Amanda worked extensively in sports medicine and orthopedic surgery, specializing in spinal procedures that help patients find back pain relief. Amanda’s interest in pain management stems from her high school years, in which she was active in various team sports, including basketball and lacrosse. During Amanda’s clinical rotations, she observed a majority of patients’ complaints of neurological and musculoskeletal pain which inspired her to advance her career into interventional pain management, where she could help patients live a happy and healthy lifestyle, providing back pain relief through minimally invasive methods. Amanda’s hobbies include exercising, going to the beach, hiking, kayaking, traveling, and watching and participating in various sports.
