6 Central New Jersey Tennis Clubs for Working on Your Game

As we age, it becomes increasingly important to find ways to stay active and have fun. Leisure-time physical activity can reduce the risk of chronic back pain, and it can also be a successful alternative treatment for pain. Tennis is an activity that adults can enjoy while experiencing several health benefits. The United States Tennis Association notes that three hours of tennis per week can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, promote stronger bones, encourage weight loss and more.

With the right technique and gear, tennis can be one of the best ways for adults in Central New Jersey to stay active. Let’s take a look at some tennis clubs in New Jersey.
